2026 Athlete’s Commission

SBTA is proud to introduce the 2026 Athlete’s Commission.

The Commission provides athletes with a strong and unified voice in decisions that impact training, competitions, and the overall athlete experience across Saskatchewan. Members support the provincial Athlete Representatives, share ideas and feedback, and help foster a positive, connected athlete community.

The SBTA Board of Directors sincerely thanks the Commission members for their dedication and service.

Saskatchewan Sport Awards

Finalist in the Excellence Awards for TEAM OF THE YEAR

Congratulations to the South Sask. High Performance Baton Team (Regina) who were named FINALISTS in the TEAM OF THE YEAR category for the 41st Annual @sasksport Awards! We are so proud of you! We would also like to send out our congratulations to all other finalists!

This team captured a gold and silver medal at the 2025 International Baton Twirling Federation Nation's Cup, as well as multiple gold medals at national competitions.
